Overview
ILNya Niéternité Nifutur is an independent Chinese label founded by Yang Pengyu in Guangdong in 2020. Early descriptions refer to a circle of models, photographers and bloggers who supported the project, but no other founder or enduring design authority is named. The label is also known domestically as 凌鸦 or 凌鸦ILNya, while its primary international name combines French negation with a phrase rendered as “neither eternity nor the future”.
From 2020 through 2024, the studio worked through continuous product releases rather than a conventional seasonal calendar. Named lines such as Yuehai, Taoye and Zhili developed deconstructed tailoring, layered panels and irregular drape without becoming formal runway or lookbook collections. The label entered a European buying context at Balcony Paris’s Connecting Curated Worlds 02 showroom in September 2024, then adopted seasonal nomenclature with Autumn/Winter 2025–26 差池 and Spring/Summer 2026 Uncharted.
The brand remains active through Chinese direct-to-consumer commerce, specialist international stockists and recurring Paris showroom participation. VERSEAS, Project ISR, 4dition and 96Dragon Studio carry its products across multiple currencies and markets, while Balcony Paris continued to present the label in 2026. Sources alternate between Shenzhen and Guangzhou for its operating base, so the city remains unresolved and the record is anchored only to Guangdong, China.
Philosophy
The name establishes the label’s preference for the present tense. “ILNya” refers to the French phrase il n’y a and its phonetic relation to 凌鸦, a “spiritual raven” whose dark exterior conceals iridescent feathers. “Niéternité Nifutur” combines negations of eternity and the future, rejecting fixed historical or futuristic narratives in favour of immediate emotional and material decisions.
That logic appears in clothing through asymmetry, exposed or inverted internal structures, displaced seams and layered panels that interrupt a stable front or hemline. The Autumn/Winter 2025–26 collection used rope-knot construction, stain effects, torn and reassembled surfaces, washed horsehide and heavy wool; Spring/Summer 2026 continued with elongated silhouettes, off-axis jackets and hems that appeared to shift or unravel in movement. Dark greys, black-green, brown and restrained red keep attention on texture, proportion and construction.
The label designs for an adult unisex market rather than separate menswear, womenswear or children’s lines. Its numerical sizes 0 to 3 describe an adult grading system and have been misread by automated retail aggregators as ages. The move into formal seasons did not replace the underlying design language, but organised it for international showrooms, wholesale delivery and a more consistent sizing and material system.

Autumn/Winter 2025–26 差池 and Spring/Summer 2026 Uncharted define this current phase, while the underlying unisex and deconstructed design language remains continuous with the early product system.
Showrooms and distribution
ILNya Niéternité Nifutur’s international growth is documented through showroom and retail partners rather than shared design authorship. Participation alongside other labels at a group event does not establish a creative collaboration between them.
International showroom
- Balcony Paris
- Paris showroom and event platform, documented from 2024
- The label first appeared at Connecting Curated Worlds 02 in September 2024 and returned within the platform’s later editions, including CCW06 in June 2026. The relationship provided a physical buying and media context during Paris Fashion Week without proving an official runway-calendar entry.
International retail
- VERSEAS
- international marketplace and seasonal editorial partner
- VERSEAS carries the brand’s seasonal products and published the principal international account of Autumn/Winter 2025–26 差池, supporting both collection attribution and overseas distribution.
- Project ISR, 4dition and 96Dragon Studio
- specialist stockists and cross-border retail channels
- These platforms preserve product specifications, material compositions, numerical sizing and continuing inventory across the label’s early lines and current seasonal output. They are distribution partners rather than co-designers or parent companies.
