About this collection
SmartSecondSkin translated André’s idea of clothing as a responsive membrane into a wearable scent system. Developed with Jenny Tillotson, the garment incorporated micro-tubing intended to circulate aromatic liquids around the body and react to emotional or physiological cues. The project extended couture’s attention to intimacy into sensory and medical research.
