“American Pleasures” imagined nocturnal Los Angeles through fluid co-ed tailoring, iridescent Lurex-silk, zebra pattern, open shirts and beaded neckwear. Presented beneath the glass roof of the Carreau du Temple, the show balanced seduction with restraint and extended AMIRI’s recent interest in characters who move between lounge, stage and private interior. The collection also introduced the Biscotto bag and a fine-jewellery collaboration with Spinelli Kilcollin.
