Fall 2025 made Maxwell’s changing priorities explicit. The collection treated the sweater, trouser and tailored jacket as central design problems rather than supporting pieces around an occasion dress, using cashmere, controlled suiting and pared-back layers to build a wardrobe around daily repetition.

The shift did not erase glamour; it made polish depend more heavily on material, proportion and fit. As a result, Fall 2025 is one of the strongest statements of the house’s mature American sportswear phase and of Maxwell’s attempt to build long-term customer use into the collection itself.
