About this collection
Spring/Summer 2012 brought Carven back to a conventional Paris runway after Guillaume Henry had rebuilt the women’s line through pre-collections, studio appointments and a hybrid show format. At the Jeu de Paume, bright abbreviated silhouettes, raised waists, detachable collars, lace and cut-outs concentrated the youthful Parisian vocabulary that had emerged during the revival.
