About this collection
Anthropology of Solitude placed Chalayan at the Grand Hôtel with a more established Paris presentation built from couture-derived volume, sportswear details, shearling and eveningwear. The collection showed how his spatial and conceptual concerns could be carried by increasingly polished ready-to-wear.
