About this collection
Geotropics was Chalayan’s Spring/Summer 1999 London mainline season, extending the label’s sustained interest in geography, bodily orientation and engineered form. The title remained part of the house’s established early chronology as its runway language moved toward the mechanical experiments of the following seasons.
