Children of the discordance

Enfant Terrible was presented as the Special Event of Pitti Uomo 108 at the Stazione Leopolda. The collection expanded Children of the discordance’s tailoring through deadstock selvedge wool, asymmetrical jackets, bleached surfaces and garments assembled from mismatched halves.

Japanese souvenir jackets met tracksuits, Vietnamese street colour informed the palette and the finale used sixty silk-screened T-shirts over a pannier to construct a single dress. The show placed Shikama’s street references inside an architectural menswear presentation without smoothing away their collisions.
