About this collection
Galliano assembled djellabas, tie-dye, military layering, Himalayan references and jewellery-heavy styling into an itinerant fantasy frequently summarised as “Barbie Goes to Tibet”. The collection’s compression of Middle Eastern, South Asian and Himalayan sources should be read as deliberate cultural collage rather than a faithful account of any one tradition.
