Edie Sedgwick and the Factory supplied a mod framework of black leotards, paillettes, peacoats and caps before the collection turned towards Directoire and Empire evening forms. The sequence linked 1960s downtown image to Dior’s historical volume through speed, shine and abbreviated proportion.
