Autumn/Winter 2024 worked through severity rather than declaration. Dark mass, controlled volume and shadowed surfaces placed pressure on the body without turning that pressure into spectacle. The recent mainline often moves in this register, where form seems pared back but the silhouette remains difficult, enclosed and charged. Black becomes more than palette; it gives the garments density and resistance. The collection’s interest is in how little it needs to disturb the figure: a shift in proportion, a blocked surface, a body held slightly apart from ordinary dress.
