Comme des Garçons Homme Plus

Darkroom gives Homme Plus a compact image of darkness as a place where forms are made rather than simply hidden. The title evokes photographic development, enclosed space and slow emergence, all of which suit Kawakubo’s late menswear language of black, shadow and abstraction. The clothes operate inside that atmosphere: not as ordinary dark dressing, but as figures forming under low light, with detail and silhouette held back until the eye adjusts. It is a restrained Tokyo-season statement with a strong interior charge.
