About this collection
For her second collection, Scott extended the debut’s dialogue between dancehall, school-uniform formality and Jamaican handwork. Striped poplin, voluminous shapes and tailored separates were cut with open backs, slits and crochet inserts, while references to Junkanoo introduced carnival as a historical form of masquerade and temporary social inversion.
