About this collection
The International Cadet Boys collection established Bikkembergs’ early footwear language through heavy leather, military reference and a boot laced through a hole bored into the heel. The fastening wrapped around the shaft, making the lace a visible structural component.
The boot became the clearest surviving object from the label’s first years and fixed footwear as the base of Bikkembergs’ proportions, materials and masculine image.
