About this collection
Bikkembergs presented Spring/Summer 2002 on the pitch at San Siro, moving Sport Couture from football imagery into a working stadium. The empty stands enlarged the scale of the athletic casting and placed tailored sportswear inside the architecture normally reserved for the game.
Guests received Il Mio Centrocampo, a visual reference book produced with Vogue Sport, which set out the football-centred image system surrounding the collection.
