About this collection
Pugh designed the costumes for Wayne McGregor’s three-act ballet based on Margaret Atwood’s MaddAddam trilogy. The production required distinct visual systems for damaged human societies and genetically engineered beings, extending Pugh’s interest in post-human bodies, survival and ceremonial protection.
