About this collection
For his Italian debut at Pitti Immagine 79, Pugh and Ruth Hogben created an eleven-minute film inspired by Florentine religious imagery and ceremonial opulence. Kristen McMenamy’s body moved through metallic, fluid and armour-like forms, turning the pre-collection into a site-specific cinematic installation.
