Germanier

Les Globuleuses was Germanier’s first collection on the official Paris Haute Couture Week calendar. The show opened with a red-blood-cell-like form and ended with a white counterpart, using recovered beads, tassels, feathers, knit and sliced felt pens to dismantle the image of controlled perfection. Its exuberance carried the label’s circular method into one-off couture-scale work without adopting a quieter institutional vocabulary.
