About this collection
Highly worked couture garments were presented on transparent Perspex mannequins raised on platforms rather than live models. The static display isolated embroidery, structure and the garment as object; ‘Mannequin Show’ and ‘Lady Jane Grey’ remain retrospective descriptions, not official titles.
