Sportswear, tracksuits, body-conscious pieces and heels were staged in a gymnasium for McQueen’s Spring/Summer 2000 Givenchy ready-to-wear. The athletic setting shifted the house wardrobe towards movement, impact and a deliberately unstable relation between formal dress and sports clothing.
