About this collection
Alber Elbaz’s first Guy Laroche collection introduced a deliberately gradual change after he studied the archive and the house’s older customer base. Restrained tailoring and saleable luxury ready-to-wear replaced the promise of a sudden revival, while Katerina Jebb’s digital scans supplied the earliest securely credited image project of the tenure.
