About this collection
Inspired by Just Jaeckin’s 1977 film Madame Claude, the collection combined women’s and men’s looks with archive-logo carpeting and a 500-franc-note motif. The gender-mixed runway extends René’s collection-level authorship into menswear without proving control of every Guy Laroche men’s licence.
