About this collection
Guy Laroche presented his final haute couture collection in Paris on 25 January 1989 and appeared with the models at the finale. The collection received his second Dé d’Or shortly before his death, closing more than three decades of direct couture authorship while the house’s ready-to-wear and other categories remained separately organised.
