About this collection
Hiver 98/99 replaced a scheduled New York runway with a pre-recorded collection published through helmutlangny.com and distributed on CD-ROM, video and printed lookbook. Male and female models were filmed in an empty white studio, turning the complete seasonal presentation into a house-controlled media object.
The event established an early model for distributing an entire collection directly through a fashion house’s own digital channel and professional media formats.
