About this collection
Spring/Summer 2009 used sculptural surface and controlled volume to extend Raf Simons’s formal language at Jil Sander. A dress from the season entered the Metropolitan Museum of Art collection and later appeared in About Time, giving the collection a secure institutional afterlife.
