About this collection
Delhi’s Dreaming marked Kartik Research’s first runway. Handwoven khadi, repurposed Levi’s denim, embroidered tailoring and craft-informed workwear drew on pilgrimage, Indian street life and the clothing of people involved in textile production.
Customised Converse footwear appeared within the show, extending the collection’s meeting of familiar global products and Indian hand finishing.
