About this collection
Nicola Glass presented Kate Spade New York Fall/Winter 2019 in New York on 8 February 2019. The collection was her second principal runway season for the house and continued the public fashion-week format introduced with Spring/Summer 2019.
Large totes drew on the direct proportions of early Kate Spade bags, extending Glass’s use of archival references within a cleaner contemporary accessories vocabulary. The runway continued her effort to connect clothing and bags through recurring house shapes and graphic details.
