About this collection
Developed after Germanier’s Redress win, the Shanghai Tang project was described as the house’s first luxury upcycled collection. It translated his student research into a commercial brand environment, using recovered material within established product development and finishing standards. The collaboration became an early test of circular design at a scale larger than a graduate collection.
