FORMAL ANARCHIST returned to late-1990s and early-2000s Harajuku, using customised vintage dress and the street-documentary culture around FRUiTS and TUNE as a test of present-day authenticity. Bright camouflage, metallic surfaces and cyberpunk hardware were placed against developed tailoring rather than presented as a nostalgic replica.

A Store Robot and credited Seditionaries artwork anchored the historical layer, while Brett Westfall added strawberries, skaters and domestic figures to chinos and casual pieces. Seppuku Pistols supplied live performance, and HIZUME, Kids Love Gaite, rurumu:, Kirin Tailors and other specialists widened the product field; the exact Seditionaries rights chain remains unresolved.
