Wish You Were Here 23 was madre natura's 2023 collection, drawing on 1960s pop art, the atmosphere of Andy Warhol's Factory and colours associated with Australian native flora. Galleghan developed the range through deadstock-led small production, combining soft tailoring with hand-beading, silk organza twin sets and the relaxed proportions that had become central to the Sydney label.

On 16 May 2024, the collection returned to the public eye at Australian Fashion Week under the presentation title The Last Season Collection. Instead of replacing the remaining 2023 inventory with a new fashion-week delivery, madre natura sent the existing garments down the Carriageworks runway in a project developed with Orphan and Greener. A TikTok livestream linked each look to immediate shopping, while a backstage editing team cut short product advertisements in real time; the event turned unsold stock, digital commerce and Australia's clothing-waste problem into the central subject of the show.
