The Other introduced Matières Fécales to the Paris Fashion Week calendar after the founders’ move into Dover Street Market Paris Brand Development. Pointed shoulders, cinched waists, sculptural tulle, deconstructed surfaces and tightly controlled tailoring established the more industrially resolved form of a language previously built through handmade clothing and image.

Three footwear designs were co-created with Christian Louboutin for the show, while external European manufacture expanded what Dalton and Bhaskaran could deliver beyond a two-person studio. The official calendar classified the event as an invitation-only presentation with digital access; repeated live showings gave it a runway-like rhythm without changing that formal designation.
