About this collection
Été Sahara is the final collection in the documented 1984–Spring/Summer 1986 sequence for which Stephen Jones supplied millinery. Its value lies not in a single famous look but in the recurring specialist relationship: hats, clothing and presentation were coordinated inside Mugler’s total image while retaining Jones’s separate design and fabrication credit.
