About this collection
Les Insectes converted wings, carapaces, antennae and segmented bodies into couture construction through corsetry, tailoring, surface work and specialist fabrication. Presented on 22 January 1997, it is the strongest current marker for Mugler’s formalised couture-calendar position and must be distinguished from the first Ritz couture activity of 1992.
