About this collection
The Fall/Winter 2011–12 womenswear debut paired Sébastien Peigné’s garment design with Formichetti’s overall creative direction. Lady Gaga walked and performed, while Rein Vollenga and other specialists supplied wearable sculpture and accessories. The collection’s public force depended on performance and digital distribution without converting Gaga or the specialist team into house designers.
