Strobe AW 2022 menswear marks the return to a physical Paris runway after the Lido digital cycle. Metal mesh, puffers and traceable Italian materials build a sharper body through metal-mesh torsos, zip hoods, mega shoulders and whorled puffer forms. The Palais de Tokyo staircase and strobe lighting make light and height part of the show’s structure, while Dan Flavin-like helmet references sharpen the upper body. It is important as a return-format moment, but its strength stays collection-level rather than year-defining here.
