Concordians is more product-facing than the surrounding late spectacle, but it does not retreat into normality. The collection reasserts construction through leather-lined bombers, laser-cut leather fringe, flannel-like tailoring, easier belted coats, peplum bombers and persistent dracucollars. Its Mass Production soundtrack and anti-bombast mood make it feel like a correction toward sincerity and use. The point is not minimalism, but a recalibration of Owens’s world: the clothes become clearer, more direct and more dependent on cut, weight and finish.
