Tower turns late Owens womenswear toward threat-response and hard-edged glamour. The reference field includes Marlene Dietrich, cabaret and war response, but the clothes avoid simple costume by concentrating on weight, surface and authority. Coming after Temple’s retrospective pressure, Tower feels less like closure than escalation: a live runway statement where cabaret, armour and public anxiety are folded into a disciplined procession.
