Faun SS 2015 menswear reframes Owens’s male body through dance history and exposed choreography. Canvas, performance fabrics and marbled surfaces support bare torsos, cropped jumpsuits, diaper-like shorts and coats suspended from the back, while performance footwear changes the body’s stance. References to Nijinsky, the Ballets Russes and Léon Bakst give the collection a dance-historical frame, making exposure and suspension feel structural rather than simply theatrical. The result is less armour than choreography: tension held across straps, skin, motion and footwear.
