About this collection
Snail brought Sabyasachi’s idea of slow luxury to New York through muted colour, subtle ornament and handloom-led construction. Its restrained pace and material language tested the commercial limits of the house’s early Western expansion and preceded the designer’s stronger turn towards the Indian market.
