The designer-approved archive preserves a SHINICHIRO ARAKAWA Spring/Summer 2002 corpus, and a contemporary-art record identifies later Fashion Paintings made from fabric left over from that collection. It is the latest securely recovered seasonal fashion body, but no original invitation, show date, city, venue, selling record or final-collection statement has been found.
