About this collection
Chandra’s Daydream, shown at Bryant Park on 3 April 1998, was the last named collection in the Metropolitan Museum archive’s seasonal sequence. Its title returned to Oldham’s interest in personal narrative and fantasy while the show retained the technical surface work and vivid image-making of his mature label.
