Garage Sale brought thrift-store imagery, household objects and found visual culture into Oldham’s precision-made ready-to-wear. The joke depended on execution: vernacular motifs were translated through embroidery, appliqué, print and tailored construction, turning the apparent disorder of second-hand discovery into a highly controlled runway language.
