About this collection
Fair drew on the spectacle and visual abundance of the Texas State Fair, returning Oldham’s New York runway to the popular culture of his home state. Colour, novelty motifs and dense decoration were handled with the technical control of a designer who understood both showmanship and exact garment construction.
