About this collection
Lengths of red carpet were cut, folded and draped into dresses, capes and columnar forms, making the ceremonial surface of celebrity arrival into the clothing itself. Coarse pile, hard folds and monochrome red replaced conventional embellishment with a single, materially literal idea.
