About this collection
Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood Autumn/Winter 2023–24 was presented in Paris on 4 March 2023, a little over two months after Vivienne Westwood’s death. Kronthaler said that Westwood had worked on the collection with him to a limited degree before her death and that he had brought work home for her to review.
The collection occupies a precise succession boundary. It is a posthumously presented AKVW runway under Kronthaler’s principal authorship and carries Westwood’s final direct input into the season.
