Vivienne Westwood

Vivienne Westwood Red Label Autumn/Winter 2008–09 returned the secondary womenswear line to the London catwalk in February 2008 after roughly nine years away from that runway setting. The show restored Red Label as a visible fashion-week stream alongside Gold Label in Paris and Vivienne Westwood Man in Milan.

Red Label carried substantial studio authorship of its own during this period, and its London return established the line again as a distinct runway presence within the mature multi-line house.
