About this collection
BIRTH deepened YUIMA NAKAZATO’s partnership with Spiber and introduced Brewed Protein™ fibres into a broader modular couture proposition. Developed with conceptual input from THE EUGENE Studio, the collection asked how clothing might be born from a closer relationship between material, body and technology. It became the platform from which Biosmocking would emerge publicly the following season.
