About this collection
HARMONIZE treated clothing as protection between the body and an extreme environment. Recycled parachutes and airbags were combined with Ultrasuede® PX and research informed by dialogue with JAXA’s spacesuit development team. The project brought aerospace thinking, industrial remnants and couture construction into one collection, then moved into a dedicated exhibition at 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT.
