About this collection
IGNIS AER AQUA TERRA developed the Unit System through the classical elements of fire, air, water and earth. Repeated components allowed the garments to change configuration and supported Nakazato’s argument for mass customisation: a technologically assisted system in which clothing could be adapted to individual bodies instead of fixed industrial sizes.
