About this collection
The collection developed a Chinese-inspired couture programme through colour, brocade, embroidery and formal layering. Its relationship to the Opium launch was promotional and imaginative, not a merger of product and collection. The record preserves the collection’s line, season and authorship without turning its best-known looks into separate seasons.
